2011/ 2012

Where did it go??
We were so busy playing with the family we never got to do an update!
In January I took the opportunity to visit  the UK to see my Mum who gave me the most wonderful of gifts a little Lad called Harry….this necessitated  a trip to meet him at the most welcoming of homes owned by the ladies Jane and Ida of Llovall fame.
Ida was kind enough to take me to the WOTY 2011 competition a day for the memory bank let me tell you. I got to meet the lovely Iona ….Ch Faymar Fine Romance and Val too of course.
I roped Cathie my close friend into returning to the UK on April 27th/28th and on April 29th after watching THE Wedding and the classes at WELKS and we took our Prince home, to keep him company Llovall Lady Sings the Blues came too!  They spent 10 days in Devon with us meeting my Mum and family before we flew back to Canada.
Meanwhile back in Canada our young Lad Ringo’s first babes where born on this prestigious day at Ina Bureau’s  to Scout 1 b 3 g
Chelsey and Harry settled in well with us I am sure it was a bit of a culture shock for Chelsey but she took to hiking and swimming in true Westie style, she is such a Lady at times and a naughty minx at others.
My beloved Ted Bear helped by “Our Aggie” presented the world with a surprise 6 babes 5b 1g on May 19th I This was a bitter sweet event as these were to be Ted Bears last gift to us.
Drizzle and Vince then presented us with 4 babes on May 20th 2b 2g ! WOW….Ant and I were very busy although Aggie and Drizzle took it all in their strides.
In early July Sara and Mark moved home for 12 months…..We had some extra happy Highlanders at that event (not to mention me! )  Some of Teddy and Aggie’s babes went far afield going to Saskatoon, Calgary and Friday went to Friday Harbour! Alice stayed home…
Drizzle’s also left home Bertie Duncan Bess with  Pippa staying home these two young girls tormented Harry ….three puppies … we had such a lot of fun!
Harry went out to the Nanaimo show in April going best puppy in breed despite me!
In October Sara and I took RIngo and Harry for two days to the Lower Mainland Dog Fanciers show
Ringo went Winners Dog on the Sunday to complete his Canadian Championship.
We ended the year on a high note with the arrival of Meg’s last babes on Dec 15th  6 4g 2b made EXTRA special being Harry’s first!
